I hope that you will never need to return an item to The Wise Old Owl. However, if you find that you do need to return an item please contact us in the first instance by emailing us at thewiseoldowl1@outlook.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank/credit card company policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company as applicable. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If, after checking all of this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at thewiseoldowl1@outlook.com
